The Gunners' ten-match winning streak came to an end by the Black Cats prior to the international break, but can the Premier League leaders recover against local foes Spurs this Sunday?
"{I feel like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a plan for this game," stated soccer specialist Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating best this season - but Mikel Arteta's team usually still manage to win."
Sutton is forecasting results for all 380 Premier League games this season, versus artificial intelligence, readers and a variety of guests.
In week 12, he takes on performer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United fan.
Murs' latest record, the new release, is available on Friday.
Murs is a talented footballer as well as a accomplished singer and has been a featured player of multiple charity football matches over time - but he is not intending a professional comeback as a footballer.
"{I recently played in a benefit match the other night for a mate of mine," he explained. "The side was losing 3-1 when I was substituted in the 60th minute, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you will!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my knee a few years ago and it still isn't where I want it to be. I wish I could play more but the uncertainty of the sport means it's too risky for me in my profession to do it properly again.
"Plus I am 41 now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am gearing up for the time that my daughter or son chooses to play instead."
The singer and his spouse Amelia Tank have a young family, their daughter and Albert, and he is ready to emulate his dad by taking on the role of their manager.
"I won't push football on our kids but I've previously told Amelia that if they do get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will likely be managing their Saturday soccer team," he said.
"I observed my nephews play a lot, and I really got into it, and I clearly was involved with a soccer team for a period too.
"My dad did it with us when I was a kid, which is likely where I get it from. He coached our team for two or three seasons and had a wonderful time with it. That could be the next step for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
Chelsea may have to be patient for Cole Palmer's return from injury but their attack is now more potent with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
In my opinion this game will be quite tight, however. Burnley are disciplined and their sole at Turf Moor losses so far have been against Liverpool and Arsenal.
It smells of a 1-1 tie to me, but I am in fact going to go with the London side to win narrowly for what would be their third consecutive league win in a row.
The expert's prediction: 1-2
The singer's pick: Chelsea will be superior. 1-3
Artificial intelligence's prediction: 0-2
Bournemouth have been defeated in their past two matches - although both of them were on the road - but they got absolutely spanked by Villa last time out which shocked me.
In contrast, West Ham won two in a row before the hiatus and, although both of those fixtures were at home, they appear strong again.
The Hammers' only away win this season came at Nottingham Forest in the summer, when West Ham manager Nuno was previously that team's coach.
Therefore, what exactly do I go with here - can West Ham extending their run under their manager, or Bournemouth bouncing back?
I am going to go with the Cherries, because I think what happened against Aston Villa was a anomaly.
The pundit's forecast: 2-0
Olly's outlook: The home team are performing strongly but the visitors have picked up under their boss. 2-2
AI's prediction: 1-1
Brentford were considered one of the frontrunners for relegation before the season began, but they have surprised a few observers under Keith Andrews and are in good form with three in their past four games.
A family member advised me to get Bees striker Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will likely find the net again on Saturday but I am nonetheless not going to pick him or back Brentford at Brighton's ground.
The Bees have not had great success on the travel this season, and the Seagulls are always strong at their stadium. The visitors will attempt to attack on the counter-attack but I feel Fabian Hurzeler's side carry much more of a threat.
The analyst's prediction: 2-1
The singer's view: It could be one of those games where you think there is going to be a lot of goals but it actually proves to be quite close. 1-1
AI's prediction: 2-1
It is a massive fixture for the Cottagers, who have suffered defeat in five of their last six matches.
They have have plenty of quality in their squad but it still seems like they could be dragged into a relegation fight.
Regarding Sunderland, well they are the surprise package of the top flight season so far.
Their display in the 2-2 tie with Arsenal last time out was excellent. We've not witnessed anyone else rough up the Gunners like that this season, and they were fully competitive for them.
The logical choice would be to back the Black Cats here, because they are obviously able of disrupting the hosts up too and, the last time they were in this part of London, they defeated the Blues at the close of October.
However I am not going to do that. Instead, I truly need to continue going against Sunderland with my forecasts. I am taking a lot of responsibility for their good results because they evidently enjoy to defy my predictions.
Considering the home side's at Craven Cottage form, the sole side they have lost to is the league leaders. Their manager's team will be absolutely eager for a good outcome, so I am going to predict they will secure three points.
Sutton's forecast: 1-0
The guest's choice: I'm aware Sunderland are doing well and also that Fulham are on a poor streak... but Fulham have still been respectable at Craven Cottage this season. 2-0
AI's prediction: 2-0
This is a tough fixture to predict. The Reds have lost seven of their last ten matches in every tournament, but might they be among the teams who benefit from the {international break|
